On July 2, 2026 everyone lost a great guy – Robert L. Gage Jr of Yorktown Hts., NY passed away at 72 years old.

Bob was born To Margaret & Robert Gage in Putnam Valley on September 20, 1953. Bob is survived by his wife, Kim, and their blended family Robert, Mark (Krista), Craig (Ashley), Leslie (Charlie) and Alex (Kelsey), and his five siblings Barbara, Nancy (John), Steve (Laura), Jean (Tim) and Leslie. Bob’s ultimate joy was time spent with his four grandchildren Scarlett, William, Amelia and James.

Bob was a familiar face in Yorktown since he worked for the Highway Department for 36 years, wrapping up his career as the Deputy Highway Superintendent. Bob never shied away from hard work or taking time to help a neighbor. During retirement Bob could be found in his garage restoring rusty relics into fast racing vehicles, or he was on the golf course with his fellow “Master Hackers.”

Bob was loved by his family and friends — a true testament to a life well lived.

Funeral services are private. A celebration of life will be held in September.
