In Loving Memory of Pete Orlando
Pete Orlando, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, peacefully passed away at the age of 69. He will be remembered as a lover of music, a motorcycle enthusiast, and a collector of antiques. Pete was born and raised in Putnam Valley, NY and leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Pete is survived by his beloved daughter Cory and son-in-law Lee, his grandchildren Trevor and Cassidy, as well as his sister Annette, nephew Dylan, and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother Maureen, father Herbie, brother Michael, and his loving wife and partner Mary.
In accordance with Pete’s wishes, there will not be a memorial service held. However, we invite you to join us in celebrating Pete’s life by remembering the joy he brought to our lives through his love of music, his adventurous spirit, and his passion for collecting antiques.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Pete’s name to Ronald McDonald House NYC Hogs4Hope. This charitable organization was close to Pete’s heart, and your support will help make a difference in the lives of families in need.
We say goodbye to Pete with heavy hearts but also with a sense of gratitude for the time we had with him. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his memory live on in our hearts forever.
“Fare you well, fare you well, I love you more than words can tell, listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock my soul” – Grateful Dead
Rest easy, Pete
