Obituary For Eric Feye

Eric Feye, 43, of Putnam Valley, New York, passed away on June 3, 2026.

Eric was born in Yonkers, New York, to Marie and Frank Feye. As a child, he moved to Lake Peekskill, where he spent most of his life.

Eric proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005, including two tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He carried immense pride in his service and in the brotherhood he found among his fellow Marines. Eric often said that becoming a United States Marine was the greatest honor of his life.

Eric had a deep appreciation for history, loved traveling, and enjoyed building things both big and small. There wasn’t a Lego set he couldn’t conquer. He found comfort in the hobbies and interests that brought him peace and connection. More than anything, Eric cherished the time he spent with his nieces and nephews, who brought immense joy to his life. His love for them was unmistakable, and the memories they shared will be treasured forever.

Eric is survived by his mother, Marie Holland (Paul) his sister, Meghan Anzano (Wes Cookingham), his brother, Ryan Feye; his former spouse, Christina Feye; and his beloved nieces and nephews, Angeleas, Isabella (Goddaughter), Sofia, Kayleigh, Aydan, Laila, Laine, Jazmyne, Ian, Mason, Jaxan, and Fenyx.

He was predeceased by his father, Frank Feye; his stepfather, Edward Gambichler; his grandparents; and several beloved aunts and uncles. The family finds comfort in knowing that Eric is reunited with those he loved so deeply and that they were there to welcome him home.

Eric’s life was marked by both strength and struggle. Despite the challenges he faced, those who loved him will remember the laughter he shared, the kindness he showed, and the courage he demonstrated throughout his life.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Eric’s memory to the Semper Fi & America’s Fund.

Funeral arrangements have not been finalized, but will be posted here.
