Retired Hartsdale, NY firefighter, Tom Brown has passed away. He was born March 22nd 1962 in Yonkers NY. After graduating high school, he was in the United States Navy for two years before joining the Hartsdale Fire Department where he served 20 years of service including work with the terrorist bombing attacks of September 11th. Tommy was a hard worker, loyal friend, and keeper of the family heirlooms and stories. He will be greatly missed. We will have a private service for close family at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Putnam Valley. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (www.T2T.org).
